DunosR-VAL + pressure sensor DWD 20
You need a cleaner with speed monitoring?
We offer you the solution.
The cleaners of the DUNOSR-VALseries consist of a combination of surge cleaner and wireless speed monitoring. The rotating cleaning head gives a signal directly to the monitoring electronics mounted outside.
In addition to the monitoring of rotation, i.e. onlythe monitoring of the function, this device simultaneously enables the monitoring of the minimum speed desired for the process.
The visualization of the function of the cleaner is made for the operators over a LED display.
The rotation speed dependent signal can also be monitored with an interface by a higher-level control, e.g. a process control system, and can be used as a release signal.

Sensor DWD
You need a speed monitoring of the cleaning nozzle for your process?
The DWD sensor signalizes to the medium the jet of the rotating cleaning head. The sensor gives a signal directly to the monitoring electronics mounted in the flange.
The visualization of the correct function of the cleaner is made forthe operators over a LED display.
The signal can also be monitored with an interface by a higher-level control, e.g. a process control system, and can be used as a release signal.
